
Sri Panwa’s an award winner
THE exclusive Sri Panwa resort on the tip of Cape Panwa in the south east of Phuket, has already been voted one of Thailand’s top five resorts.
This luxury holiday estate is set in lush tropical surroundings on 80 rai of land, and the villas range in size from one to six bedrooms , each featuring private terraces, sun decks, salas, infinity edge swimming pools and outdoor bathing areas, all overlooking the Andaman sea and the islands beyond.

The resort comes with an abundance of facilities ranging from a private beach, library, fitness gym and spa to the highly acclaimed Baba restaurant.
On-site activities include yoga, cooking classes, beach picnics and a wide range of beauty treatments.
Off-site activities feature sailing, island excursions, diving, snorkeling, rock climbing and a jogging track.
Sri Panwa is a family owned and managed estate, and is the first resort by one of Thailand’s better known developers, the Charn Issara Group, which is responsible for developing some of Thailand’s landmark residential and commercial buildings and the ultra cool Bangkok Royal City Avenue (RCA) bar, restaurant and nightlife district.
The Sri Panwa resort is run and managed by owner, Songkran Issara’s 26-year old son Vorasit ‘Wan’ Issara and his young and energetic team, who welcome guests as if they were members of the family.
Prices range from 30,000,000 baht for the pool villas, up to 350,000,000 baht for the residence villas. Ownership is on lease terms of 30+30+30 years all prepaid and included in the list price.
The resort already has a celebrity clientele and its name and reputation continues to build.
